Improve acceleration and stage performance with our straight-cut BE4R / BE4/5 gear set with close ratio synchro, designed for Peugeot–Citroën BE4R / BE4/5 gearboxes. The spacing and RPM drop are designed to be close to top R2 specifications (e.g. Peugeot 208 R2).

Clutch compatibility

We keep the OE mainshaft spline for the clutch disc: 18 teeth x Ø 21 mm.

Material & treatments

• Material: high-strength Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel, billet and forged.
• Surface treatments: gear grinding, sandblasting, shot peening, Parkerizing.
• Heat treatments: carburizing + cryogenic processing.
• Hardness: HRC 56–60.

Important notice – mandatory oil

This gear set must be used with 80W90 gear oil:

• With LS additive → for plate-type LSDs
• Without LS additive → for gear/Torsen-type LSDs or OE open differentials
