Improve acceleration and shifting precision with our straight-cut MA gear set featuring a close-ratio synchro setup for Peugeot–Citroën MA 5-speed gearboxes. Compatible with AX / C2 / 106 / 205 Rallye / 206 models equipped with an MA transmission.

Designed for demanding use, this straight-cut MA gear kit was FIA Group N homologated by Peugeot/Citroën Sport. Straight-cut gears deliver high mechanical efficiency and a more direct response while keeping synchros (synchro system for smooth gear engagement).

Materials & treatments

• Material: high-strength Ni-Cr-Mo (nickel–chromium–molybdenum) alloy steel, billet-machined and forged.
• Surface treatments: gear grinding, sandblasting, shot peening, Parkerizing.
• Heat treatments: carburizing + cryogenic processing.
• Hardness: HRC 56 to 60.

Clutch compatibility (splines)

OE input shaft spline retained for the clutch disc: 18 teeth x Ø 21 mm.
