Article 2 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the contractual relationship between PIKAMOTORS and any customer (hereinafter “the CUSTOMER”) making a purchase via the website www.pikamotors.uk. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding. Some products are intended for motorsport use only and are not approved for road use.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Shipping costs are charged in addition and are shown before the order is confirmed. For deliveries outside the European Union, local taxes and customs duties may apply and remain payable by the CUSTOMER.

Article 5 – Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. PIKAMOTORS reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the CUSTOMER.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfer
- Cheque (payable to PIKAMOTORS, sent to the registered office address)

Article 7 – Delivery

Deliveries are available to mainland France, Corsica, French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), the European Union and internationally.

Carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, specialised carrier depending on weight/volume.

Indicative delivery times:
- Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days
- DOM-TOM and international: 10 to 20 business days

Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, destination and selected carrier. They are shown before final confirmation.

If the legal deadline of 30 calendar days is exceeded, the CUSTOMER may request cancellation of the order and a full refund.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

The CUSTOMER has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are payable by the CUSTOMER.

Article 9 – Warranties

The products sold benefit from:
- A 2-year legal conformity guarantee.
- A legal guarantee against hidden defects.

Some products intended exclusively for motorsport use may be excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty.

Article 10 – Personal data

The data collected is necessary for processing orders. In accordance with the GDPR, the CUSTOMER has the right to access, rectify, erase and port their data by writing to contact@pikamotors.uk.

Article 11 – Mediation and dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the CUSTOMER may contact the consumer mediator free of charge:
